Pfew, it’s going to be so hard to choose between these three decadent desserts! Thankfully I don’t have to do it all alone, so with that, here are my three picks for this week:

Tres Leches Torte: Spanish for ‘three milk cake’. A very popular cake in Latin America that uses three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk and whole milk. Served with a rum-fruit topping; delicioso!

Genoise Layer Cake: I’ve always loved the name of this Italian cake. A sponge layer cake with layers of pastry cream, rum syrup and a whipped cream frosting!

Chocolate Wine Cake: what’s not to love about this cake? A chocolate Bundt cake that uses red wine and black cherry gelatin as its main ingredients. Unsurprisingly it has many great reviews.

I wish I could make them all...

Au Revoir!

I voted for the Genoise Layer Cake, simply because the name is so pretty, haha! Can't wait to see what you bake next!
I just want you to know... I stumbled upon your blog because I clicked on your delightful profile picture among Lily Lemontree's followers,

and oh dear.

It's merely 10am and I want some sweeties.

Beautiful blog! I'm excited to give some of these recipes a try.

These sound wonderful honey! I wish I could try some! I did have a hard time with the tattoo removal this time. It's getting a little worse each time I think...arggghh. Oh well, erasing a mistake can be painful I guess. Thanks for your sweet comments on my Sherlock Holmes post doll. I am so behind and trying to catch up on my blogging! Kori xoxo
